FRED G. LANGE, President
A graduate of Marquette University and Hofstra University Graduate School, Mr. Lange has vast experience in the engineering and implementation of all aspects of power production and the plasma waste conversion processes. As a consultant, engineer and representative, his clients have included General Electric, Brush companies, Dresser-Rand, Rolls-Royce, Stowe Engineering, Aramco, Foster-Wheeler, Demag Delaval, Inland Steel, Chevron and others.

His expertise includes the mechanical and engineering areas of transformers, motors, gas turbines, steam turbines, H. V. switchgear, boilers and gas & diesel reciprocating engines. He has engineered and supervised projects in North America, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Mr. Lange brings the experience and technical background that is necessary to understand and compete in the worldwide market and is a valuable asset to our company.

THOMAS H. MINER, Director
Mr. Miner is an active member in many internationally oriented business and philanthropic organizations. He is currently Co-Chairman of the US Council for Trade and Economic Development. In 1971,

Mr. Miner was named Consul of Senegal and in 1973 he became one of the first members of the National Council for United States-China Trade

ED SAKOFF, Chairman Emeritus
Mr. Sakoff served 4 years of active duty in the U. S. Marine Corps. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Navy Pier, in Chicago, majoring in advertising and television production.

Working part time at manufacturing company while attending college, after graduation, Mr. Sakoff stayed on with the company and after three years became Vice President and partner. In 1970, he founded Financial Marketing Corporation ("FMC"), one of the first companies to package national celebrities as a "media spokespeople" for banks and savings and loans. Due to Mr. Sakoff's efforts, FMC successfully acquired representation agreements with such personalities as Arthur Godfrey, Carol Channing, Sandler & Young, John Cameron Swayze, et. Al.

Along the way he also founded or acquired interests in additional media enterprises (now operated by his sons), real estate holdings, a home improvement/construction company and a publicly traded media company. In 1994, he CO-founded Cambridge Energy Group.
